Neverending bowl of goodness!

Wow this bowl was filling!  I was happy to hear my spoon hit the bottom HA!  May have been the addition of Almond Butter?  Naturally More  makes almond butter and organic peanut butter!  My favorite(and Boomer’s) PB is of course is Naturally More so I was excited to see they made the other 2 products. 

 

The almond butter was so good!  It was sweeter than i’m use to and I like sweet   It has 2g of sugars which isn’t too shabby.

 

I’m gonna try the organic PB tonight on my protein brownie.  I did stir it up just now and it’s a little messy. Messier than the AB and PB.  I put the seal on the floor so Boomer could lick the excess off and when I looked back she had eaten it??  So if there are any vets out there please let me know if this will harm her.  It’s even storming here and she’s shaken like a chihuahua but it didn’t phase her when the PB was put in front of her.

My sister is house sitting for my mom this week because she is away.  So I went over there last night and we played a game on her X box.  It was called 1 in 100.  It’s a national game and it starts at 7:30p and you play with people around the world.  Gamer I am not but this was fun.  It was a trivia game.  Rachel’s gaming talk to me blows my mind like my competing talk blows hers.  She has talent though and is calm under pressure, she could be a pilot or surgeon or something HA!  Before I came into the house she said I have to warn you this does not look like mom’s house right now.  So I walked upstairs and there were wires everywhere, her TV and surround sound system.  Yes, she is serious about her video games.  I understand though because I could not go anywhere without my weights and protein powder   Now my Amazing Grass because I LOVE it!

 

I walked into the kitchen and there was pizza.  She had already warned me about that too.  I told her I had dinner before I came and besides it was Little Caesar’s my first job and there is no way i’m eating that pizza again.  Then there were Lay’s, Muncho’s, Mt Dews, and Lunchables in the fridge.  My mom would die to see that stuff.  I have recently put my mom on a diet because she has high cholesterol.  Now it’s perfect!  Go me!  My mom is not large either.  You would look at her and not think she had any health risks.  That goes to show some things are just hereditary.  So I proceed to give my health speel to Rachel.  She said April once my home is done and Justus and I have a life again i’ll start eating better….I really hope she does.  Next project….cigarettes YUCK!
