ABS-olutely

I love working my abs.  Maybe  it’s because they are pretty easy for me to get.  I don’t hold weight in that area…now my love handles are another story hee hee!  This morning I did Cathe’s Cardio and Weights because I like to let Mike sleep in on Saturdays and not wake him up with the treadmill.  Then I dusted this DVD off.  I forgot what a great ab series this is.  Cathe kills you and there are many mini workouts to do.  My weight was 114 this morning so I lost 5 lbs in a month :D   5 lbs WITHOUT extensive cardio I may add.  Here’s my October tally MOVE IT.

Tony is sending me a new diet to follow next week.  I have a feeling it’s gonna be tough but i’ve only got 2 more weeks to go!

Question for you.  I’m going to buy some King’s Hawaiian Bread because i’m craving it and Angela has never had it.  OMG, if you haven’t been on their website check it out.  LOTS of good recipes on there.  My question is what should I make to go on the side?  We will be traveling a few hours to Louisville so it will have to be something that last and that is good cold.

You name it, i've tried it. I finally found what I needed though. www.dreambodies.net. I started losing weight and seeing things i've never seen. I then started competing and I really do love it! Now i'm searching for a balance. I don't want the 10-15 lb in a day weight gain. I'm trying to become a "healthy" eater and not refraining from enjoying myself.

    Nice work! I’m interested in the new diet too. No idea on the recipe… but the bread looks good :D

    Abs are my favorite body part to work but sadly there’s no proof! I’m not blessed in that area haha. I have to say their pretty strong it’s just they don’t have definition. I’m jealous!

    And 114?? Go you!!

    I hate working my abs! I don’t hold weight in my mid section either so you would think I would like to work on them but for some reason I just DO NOT like doing ab exercises.

    Girl you are doing 60+ minutes of cardio a day….I can’t imagine what you consider excessive lol! 45 minutes seems excessive to me!

    I love working my abs too – i dont hold a lot of fat there either, mine is mostly in my bootay….and hammies…and those dang triceps!

    make a cheese ball to go with the bread!! What is better than cream cheese and garlic!!? NOTHING!
