Flying by

Man, this day flew by!  I have new hours at work.  I am officially on office hours.  I was getting off at 330p but now it’s 4p.  I get an hour lunch now as well.  I came home for lunch today because Mike had the day off and I made my shake :)   Then I made pudding for my 3rd meal of the day.

This morning I got up and did this workout.  I added 5 mins @ 5.0 warm up and cool down making it 40 mins total.

I’m making some egg white muffins and baking chicken now.  Reminds me why I like liquid days.  No preperation!!!

You name it, i've tried it. I finally found what I needed though. www.dreambodies.net. I started losing weight and seeing things i've never seen. I then started competing and I really do love it! Now i'm searching for a balance. I don't want the 10-15 lb in a day weight gain. I'm trying to become a "healthy" eater and not refraining from enjoying myself.

    Egg white muffins sounds veeeeeery intriguing!

    I like being busy at work b/c the day goes by so quickly but days like today where I was slow, it goes excruciating slow at work.

    My day DID fly by – and I like my Mondays that way!!

    That workout is very cool – love the high incline walks mixed with runs. I copied and pasted – thanks, girl!!

    Nice run! I don’t like inclines LOL!

    My day actually seemed longer today because I worked less hours!

    I hope time flies by soon, so I can have my vacation…which isn’t until Thanksgiving. Why oh why are things so busy? But hey, at least I’m learning and enjoying it. Sorta. ;)

    I feel like time is going faster and faster as I get older. So weird.

    I am doing a less food prep day as well (though not liquid–not yet anyway) and I gotta say that it is such a nice break. Sometimes I feel like all I do is prep food! Yikes :)

    ps. Wish I could wear yoga pants to work. That would totally rock.
