ZUMBA!
I’m going to take my first ever Zumba class today. I’ve seen the videos of all the sexy people dancing and looking all hot shaking their hips and it looks fun! Unfortunately i’m sure it will be more like this:

I love Zumba! I am actually getting certified to teach on Dec. 5th!
Yes! I love it! I went to some classes at my local Y… The first instructor wasn’t that great, but now we found one that we love on Tue/Thr followed by a toning class!! My zumba instructor actually talks a lot, uses current music and works us hard! I know technically they aren’t supposed to, but we love how pumped she is!!
LOL! That video is pathetic… haha I love the high energy Zumba, the type Francina is/was teaching. I wish there was a good Zumba place/instructor in my area… *sigh*
I love Zumba….so much fun! I may look silly doing it but it’s a fun workout. Can’t wait to hear how you like it.
