Howdy! It’s so gorgeous here today. I went grocery shopping, took Boomer for a 35 min walk and did #11 on my Move It page. In between there I took some Midol and it knocked me out.
My poor husband. Thank goodness it’s March Madness time right now…yes, he’s at a friend’s house LOL!

I’ve been into eating eggs for breakfast for the last week. I don’t even really miss oatmeal. I’m getting PLENTY of carbs in my other meals. More than my mind can handle really. I’m thinking of adding fish back into the diet. I’m not happy with my fluffster self right now. I think my body does best on lean protein and veggies. I’m still not going to eat turkey or chicken. The thought of it gives me the heebie jeebies.

For breakfast this morning I was frying my eggs in coconut oil and tossed some NutraFiber flakes into the pan because I just don’t use them hardly anymore. OMG! After frying they were like coconut flakes…SO GOOD and crunchy!! I might have to eat this for dinner tonight

How is your weekend going?

I had a great weekend. It started Friday night when Mike and I rented a movie. It was The Next Three Days. We both really liked it and it gave us some things to talk about.

Saturday I got up and ran 5.2 miles on the treadmill, went to Walmart and then came home and gave Boomer a bath. During her bath I promised her we’d go to the puppy store(Petsmart). She loves that place as I’m sure most dogs do. I think she thinks that whenever I go anywhere this is where I’m going and she doesn’t know why she can’t go in everywhere with me. After that we went to Nature’s Market where I buy my Julian Bread. It’s a little bit of a drive but it saves on S&H.

Yesterday Boomer and I took another long walk. I didn’t wake up until 8a…DST. 7a still is late for me so I was freaking when it was really 8a. I also got a massage, that was the icing on the cake. It felt so good and it was for sure needed.

We’ve been looking at getting a fence. Black vinyl chain link’s are WAY too expensive and then we got the Invisible fence priced. It was MUCH cheaper but then we decided we couldn’t do that to our girl. She stays in the yard anyway and our neighbor’s think we have an invisible fence

Hey peeps! I’m alive! I’ve been without meat for 1 month and it’s been a piece of cake. I’ve been asked if i’m doing this for weight loss and the answer is no. If it happens that would be awesome but not likely for me. I did it because of images I couldn’t get out of my head. I won’t go into details because I don’t want to ruin your juicy steaks for you.

If anything I may have actually gained some weight. For a month I was eating nothing but vegetables in place of the protein. I was unsure how to get the extra calories but now I have a plan so all should be good. I went from eating 150g-200g of protein to 60g. I haven’t calculated my new plan and probably won’t because it has ALOT of carbs which mentally for me is hard to get over but I will do it.

Oh, I was sick for 3 full weeks!! The first 2 I was so letharic I didn’t work out hardly ANY!! I felt like a dog turd. I’m back at it now and it feels great. My chest is super sore today from working it Wednesday…gotta love that!
I bet those ladies eat alot
