Just wanted to let you know workouts are AWESOME! Eating more and real food is AWESOME! Everything right now is pretty much AWESOME

Weight has dropped 1 lb. Clothes are a bit tighter BUT…my pics show a difference so i’ll take it!!

You name it, i've tried it. I finally found what I needed though. www.dreambodies.net. I started losing weight and seeing things i've never seen. I then started competing and I really do love it! Now i'm searching for a balance. I don't want the 10-15 lb in a day weight gain. I'm trying to become a "healthy" eater and not refraining from enjoying myself.
