This is what 5 years of hardcore cardio does to a home treadmill. I weigh 120ish so I doubt that’s it ;)

 

About April

You name it, i've tried it. I finally found what I needed though. www.dreambodies.net. I started losing weight and seeing things i've never seen. I then started competing and I really do love it! Now i'm searching for a balance. I don't want the 10-15 lb in a day weight gain. I'm trying to become a "healthy" eater and not refraining from enjoying myself.
