
3 oz of sweet potatoes -cooked
1/2 scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/4 tsp of baking powder
water to make batter as needed
Blend in bullet
Cook and top with a healthy fat and blueberries!!

You name it, i've tried it. I finally found what I needed though. www.dreambodies.net. I started losing weight and seeing things i've never seen. I then started competing and I really do love it! Now i'm searching for a balance. I don't want the 10-15 lb in a day weight gain. I'm trying to become a "healthy" eater and not refraining from enjoying myself.
