4 egg whites
1/2 cup of organic pumpkin
2T almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Top with whatever you want. I chose unsweetened coconut flakes.
Those look delicious!
Spaghetti squash is a favorite of mine! The first time I made one, I simply put it in the microwave and let er rip! About 6 minutes or so in, I heard a huge explosion in the kitchen! There was S.S. EVERYWHERE!!! Now I cut it in half, or at least pierce it several times. Hey, I’m a guy, but I am educable lol!
LOL! I leave mine intact and microwave for 9 mins. So far no explosions but i’m a female
