I’m feeling it!
I’m 15 weeks out now and it’s time to kick bootay! My growing phase is almost over and it’s time to get the layer of fat off and see what’s under there. Tony and I are both excited about it! He said he can tell my legs and shoulders have really developed so we’ll see. Of course I say I don’t want to do another bulk phase because mentally it’s tough. Now i’m thinking I will because I want bigger shoulders!!
My regimen this time around will be totally different from the first time so I am hoping I won’t be killing myself the last 2 weeks like before. We will see. He is going to have me cutting fat sooner than later so that should help. The reason I am doing so much cardio right now is to prepare for my cruise. So I would rather not be a cardio queen but that’s what my body likes.
Does anyone keep a food journal? Tony asked me if I did and I said no I eat what’s on the paper you give me and that’s my journal. Sometimes I switch chicken for tuna, green beans for asparagus but other than that it’s strictly what’s on the paper. I do drink WAY to much coffee though. I stopped using brown sugar splenda though. There are little things i’ll cut back on to closer towards comp. When you start to see your body transforming you get excited and it’s easier to do. I’m not cutting out splenda right now because I won’t see a change in my body. Now 2 weeks out from my show is a different story. Every little thing helps.
