Back At It!

Okay, last week was my “off season” and i’m glad it’s done. I did do all my workouts but eating was junky. I felt like crap. I was depressed looking like a puffalump in the mirror. This is day 3 of clean eating and i’m seeing my abs again! My legs look like this now:

Okay, maybe not 😉

So after a few more weeks of eating good i’ll feel much better. I am doing my early morning cardio although it’s just a half an hour. THIS IS WHAT I CHOSE TO DO. NO ONE IS PRESCRIBING THIS FOR ME. SO DON’T GO CUTTING AND PASTING AND SENDING TO A TRAINER AND MAKING HIM LOOK BAD FOR IT. I love waking up and getting a good sweat in. It’s not as intense though but it still feels good.

I’d give up both breasts for long legs like that!!! LOL

  2. April

Me too! Oh wait, I don’t have any breasts LOL!

Those above comments made me LOL. However, I think I will keep my boobs and I believe I like my legs better. 🙂 Sounds rude I know, but I like thicker, more muscular legs. I would like to have her lack of cellulite and length though. 🙂

You sound like you are in a good place right now.

Everyone has their opinion on cardio. Sorry someone must have commented on your cardio. To each their own. What works for you might not for others and vice versa.

I love early AM cardio too. I just makes my whole day go so much smoother.

    Hi April!

So glad you are feeling better! I know how horrible you feel after that post competition week of eating like crap and your body is responding in a way it never has before. Not fun.

And I think maybe I might be the one you are referring to calling you out on cardio….so if so, I hope I didn’t offend you! My rant on 2 hours of cardio wasn’t meant o offend but to act as a conversation starter and to share my opinion and my own story.

To each their own….whatever works for YOU. I had a bad experience but that doesn’t mean you did. :))

And those legs are bad to the bone! Woo hoo!

your sick like my room mate she loves early morning cardio but ya know what there are worse habits to have!

for the record unless it’s an outdoor activity like biking or rollerblading or a spin class – I HATE CARDIO!!!

Hey Jess, unless you copied and pasted what I just posted and sent it to a well know trainer then i’m not talking about you 😉 I know we all have our own opinions but we just have to do what we think is right for us.

Actually… I like your legs better than that girlies… yours have more muscle definition!!! 😀 That girl’s legs look like they’re as long as my entire body…lol. I have such short legs LOL! You looked great Sunday! :o]

I know the feeling of wanting to do cardio…it really makes me feel GOOD. I’m running again. I think that’s gonna be my thing. I never should have quit it. Now that I’ve started it I can already see a difference in my lower half. Running it is! 😀 Tomorrow is my 3 mile run! I can’t wait!

It’s amazing what a few days of clean eats will do! I’m back too and wow, what a difference. I’m glad you enjoyed your ‘time off’ but feel better being back at it!

That picis way sexy, but we all know your legs are WAY sexier!

Hmmm…I think I know what you’re talking about (with the cut and paste). I had a FEELING that ‘other’ trainer was talking about OUR trainer. Who would do that? Everyone trains differently and what works for one, doesn’t work for another. Wish people would just mind their own freakin’ business!
