Speaking of Necessities

I have been craving a pumpkin spice latte for the longest time.  So I had one!

  • 1 instant packet of coffee (taster’s choice)
  • 2 T of pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp stevia
  • pumpkin pie spice

Blend all in bullet YUM!  I think I need a double 😉

  1. Hey April!!! Thanks so much for coming a long side of me as I journey back to ME! 🙂 I’ve missed ya!!

  2. Ohhh yum!! I’m bookmarking this!

  3. THANKS for your recent comments and encouragement. I am catching up with my blog list now and i must say yours is one of my favourites!! 🙂
ps we don’t get canned pumpkin here in Australia so i am dying to try a lot of American recipes that use it but can i be bothered pureeing fresh stuff? LOL

  4. WOO WOO!! I have made myself a couple treats like this along the way, but not with pumpkin puree. I relied soley on pumpkin spice flavored coffee and unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and stevia and pumpin spice.

I have to be honest though, it was not creamy enough for me to kick the sweet tooth of mental desire. I think Soy Slender would have been better. LOVE THAT STUFF.

Of all the PUmpkin spicey flavored stuff that is every this fall, the one at Speedway has to be my favorite. NO LIE. It’s so good and creamy and filled with sugary goodness no doubt. But at 99 cents, it cannot be beat! 19 days, you better believe Jes and I are stopping for one on the 5 hour drive home from Monster mash! WOOO!

  8. Ahhh, you are my hero for that pumpkin spice idea! I have to have one latte every season — in Florida, it’s the only way to feel like it’s fall! — but I’ve been craving more for weeks.

I’ll be trying this tomorrow. Thanks!
