Where’d ya get them jeans?

I haven’t worn these jeans since my drunkorexia days.  I probably weighed 115 then and was skinny fat.  Now that I have more muscle they fit much better and are actually loose.  I sure was dumb back then.  If I knew then that I could actually eat and lose I wouldn’t have believed it.  If you are eating cereal in the morning and saving all your calories for partying at night please stop.

As far as secrets for losing 4 lbs in 4 days….THIS.  Sorry, his secrets are safe with me 🙂  I will tell you this.  My sugars from the past month have gone from 14g a day to 5g a day.  Yep, check the yogurt you’re eating…possibly twice a day.  You eat more sugar in one sitting than I eat in a week.  Harsh but true.  No nut butters on my plan right now.  OMG, I have 3 jars sitting in my kitchen  🙂  I get to use it on Saturday and I can’t wait!  For my meal the night of the show i’m seriously having PB Loco banana pb, sugar free blueberry preserves and no salt added blue chips.  I can’t wait!  I won’t care about the sugar I eat then.  You better believe pumpkin will be back in my life.  That’s worth the extra 5 lbs right there 😉

 

For Mike’s lunch today I made him sloppy joe’s with turkey meat.  So then I had a brilliant idea tonight for his dinner.  Sloppy joe pizza!  He loved it!!  The whole house smells so good.  It was BBQ flavored…mmm…I miss BBQ.

 

One more day on this 3 day dry out diet…thank goodness.  Then Wednesday I get to eat and maybe my abs will make an appearance WOO!

    Ooh, I will say sugar is the hardest thing for me. I’m cutting out the brown sugar in my oatmeal. 😦

    • I used to use brown sugar splenda in my oats. I didn’t think I could live without it….baby steps 🙂

  4. Ahh your looking hot!! Umm I don’t know if I could eat only 5 grams of sugar. The bar I ate today had 15 grams!! I only ate 1/2 though so it’s ok 😉

    You are rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrockin! 5g sugar? Yeesh! I had less than that – hard to do but amazingly easy all the same! Until yesterday. It was Sunday, and I had my first sugar/food coma from Cherry pie! OMG! lol

    • Last year I had 0 sugar AND carb for 28 days. I have no clue how I did that?

  10. Okay, the drunkorexia thing is just bizarre. I never worried about it and was a size 2/4 back then. Of course, the bazillion calories burned while dancing (and walking EVERYWHERE instead of driving) took care of my food/booze intake. But, to actually *plan* for the excessive bingeing calories? That’s just…. wow.

    You are looking totally ready for this show! Get ’em, girl!!

  11. Sheesh I had an apple, banana, and a plain Greek yogurt yesterday and I way surpassed the number for sugars you eat in a week. I seriously don’t know how you have energy to do anything…but obviously you do!

    Oh yeah, I am eating fruit and yogurt again…sugars are through the roof – which is why I can only have half a serving of nonfat plain yogurt a day (still 4.5 sugars!!)
