Stir together and microwave for 60-90 secs. When done right it’s got the consistency of bread YUM!
it looks like there is rice in there! YUM, I need to get some cinnamon bun whey!

I’m all about the “bread” texture. I wish I could find guar gum around here. Does xantham gum do the same thing?
I’ve not tried the xantham in this, I use it in my protein ice cream. You don’t have to use the gums…just don’t use as much water.

I was researching xantham gum v. guar gum. Apparently, xantham gum is easier to digest. 😀
