There are a million versions of the protein pancake…here’s mine:
- 1 scoop of MGN cinnamon bun whey powder
- 2 egg whites
- 2 shakes of cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp guar gum(optional)
- 2 Tbsp water
Mix all in blender and fry in coconut oil! If you want a bigger breakfast add more of each ingredient 🙂 This is actually a snack for me.
I topped mine with toasted almond slices but add whatever you want.
