Sweatfest 2010

I had a GREAT workout this morning.  Despite freaking stomach problems I conquered it.

2 mins warmup 3.5

  • 30 seconds 8.0
  • 60 seconds 6.0 
  • 30 seconds 9.0~9.5
  • 60 seconds easy 4.0
  • Repeat that 3 mins sequence until you reach 35 mins.

    •  10 mins 3.7 mph @ incline 7%

    •  5 mins cooldown
