No excuses for not eating healthy! So many ways you can change the flavor too!
That looks a whole lot easier than my prep… OMG every week it kills me but I’m so satisfied when it’s all done and I don’t have to think about it the rest of the week! I should go back to the old crock 🙂
Oh gosh, there is one thing I hate more than dieting…that’s meal preppin’! I know I’m not going to do it so I actually just decided to just go with how I naturally want to eat…which is about twice a day! Horrible yes? Works for me I suppose haha.
