Bbell Upright Row x 20, 18, 15, 12
Bbell Weighted Alt Lunge x 15-20
.
Run 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 – 3 mins

Lateral Raises x 15, 12, 10, 10
Kbell swing x 20

Run 7.0 – 2 mins

Cuban Military Press x 15
Hamstring SB Roll Ins x 30
