I’m going to keep track of my workouts here.  It takes LOTS to get my booty down to size.  Luckily in bikini they don’t mind “some” booty.  To bad I won’t have a chest which it seems they like ;).

August 17th

  • 45 mins cardio
  • shoulders + 25 mins cardio
  • 20 min Boomer walk

August 18th

  • 50 mins cardio
  • Chest + 23 mins cardio

August 19th

  • 20 min Boomer walk
  • 35 mins cardio
  • legs + 21 mins cardio
  • 22 mins of yoga, focus on butt and thighs
  • stair climbing, 2 at a time

August 20th

  • 60 mins cardio
  • 20 mins Boomer walk
  • abs and 31 mins cardio

August 21st

  • 45 mins cardio
  • 25 mins Boomer walk
  • back and abs + 26 mins cardio

August 22nd

  • Rest day
  • Mike, Boomer, and I walked 1.25 miles

August 23rd

  • 50 mins cardio
  • Biceps, triceps, abs
  • 25 mins cardio

August 24th

  • 60 mins cardio
  • shoulders + 25 mins cardio
  • 20 mins Boomer walking

August 25th

  • 60 mins 30 mins cardio (exhausted)
  • 30 mins Boomer walking
  • chest + 22 mins cardio

August 26th

  • 60 mins cardio(HR was REAL low for some reason)
  • 60 mins trail walking
  • Legs + 20 mins

August 27th

  • 37 mins cardio
  • abs
  • 10 min dog walk (hot black dog)
  • 38 mins cardio

August 28th

  • 40 mins cardio
  • abs
  • back + abs + 25 mins cardio

August 29th

  • 60 mins cardio
  • 20 min bike ride
  • 40 mins step + abs on ball

August 30th

  • 50 min walk with Mike and Boomer
  • bis/tris

August 31st

  • 50 mins cardio
  • 20 min dog walk
  • shoulders + 25 mins cardio
