- 22 mins of yoga, focus on butt and thighs
- stair climbing, 2 at a time

- 60 mins cardio
- 20 mins Boomer walk
- abs and 31 mins cardio
August 21st
- 45 mins cardio
- 25 mins Boomer walk
- back and abs + 26 mins cardio
August 22nd
- Rest day
- Mike, Boomer, and I walked 1.25 miles

- Biceps, triceps, abs
- 25 mins cardio
